I have been working with websites, layouts & designs since 2001, always trying to merge 3D with HTML, but only as a fansite-hobbyist. I don't remember when I officially started to study 3D, but I am sure its before 2004 with 3D Studio Max R3.0.
I had to hold my 3D studies a little bit, for a few years, because of University plans, but was back to 2D/3D in 2006, and been studying it ever since; widening my knowledge/skills to Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, ZBrush and my favorite: Autodesk MAYA!
As of now, I am trying to learn more about Animation, as I have studied enough of lightning, rigging, modeling, particles/dynamics, clothing, hair and fur. I expect to get deeper into Character Animation, Dynamics, Fluids, Facial Lip and Sync, and Body Mechanics.
